At Angel's Catering our professionally trained experts will help you coordinate your event to make it uniquely yours. Event Planning is mainly the process of planning a festival, ceremony, competition, party or convention and often includes budgeting, establishing a date, as well as an alternative date (rain date), selecting and reserving the event site, acquiring permits, and coordinating transportion and parking. Often times it also includes coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities), arranging decor, tables, chairs, tents, event support and security, police, fire, parking, signage, and cleanup.

Depending on your event you may wish to establish a motif or theme. At Angel's Catering, we can help you with this. Many of our customers call us, explain what they want, and simply show up for the event, while others remain fairly hands-on. In either case, our experts can work with you to make sure that your Event is Special.

Our technology allows us to produce computer generated scaled floor plans, designed to show you that your event is logistically well planned, and to allow for the comfort of your guests as well as the flow of your event. Our experts will produce time lines with detailed instructions based on extensive meetings with you, site inspections, and a final event site "walk-through". We will schedule on-site conferences with each vendor to ensure that all aspects of your event are efficient and well orchestrated.
